The Closson Brothers
Brothers Tommie and Brandon Closson grew up learning music together and began songwriting at a
young age. This ultimately sparked a collaboration between the two that took them across the mid-
south as the Young Guns, playing in support for rock groups ZZ Top and Blues Traveler, as well as
country stars Eric Church and Luke Bryan. They recorded their first official EP with Calvin Lauber
at Young Avenue Sound in Memphis back in 2018, which shaped the direction their creative version
of rock is heading still today.
Their latest single, The World, was released this March on Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, etc. Their
new EP is set to be released this spring. Earlier EPs “Intimacy” & “L.O.V.E.” are out on
Soundcloud.
