SIX ONE TRÏBE is the pulse of Nashville’s hip-hop underground. With over sixteen emcees, producers and visual artists, the collective dubs itself “the Wu-Tang of the South,” fusing raw lyricism, genre-spanning production and a DIY ethos that has reshaped the city’s rap scene. Inspired by The Dungeon Family, GOOD Music, Dreamville and Odd Future, Trïbe pioneers a bold new sound for Southern hip-hop.

In just three years, they’ve released three full-length albums and countless solo projects, spanning everything from funk-infused anthems to boom-bap storytelling, rage beats and trap bangers. Their impact earned recognition in Nashville Scene’s 2022 cover story, “Hip-Hop City,” as well as accolades like WNXP Artist of the Month (2023) and Nashville Scene’s Best Hip-Hop Group Single (2022). Collective members have also earned individual honors, including Nashville Scene’s Best Album of 2022 (Metropolis, Namir Blade) and Best Hip-Hop Album of 2022 (Chosen Family, Negro Justice).

Now a staple in Music City, Six One Trïbe has headlined 615 Indie Live Fest 2025, WNXP’s three-year anniversary concert, and produced 615 Day–dubbed the Best New Music Event in 2024 by Nashville Scene. Trïbe's output embodies the ambition and resilience that have cemented hip-hop as an undeniable force in Nashville, shaping a culture as dynamic and influential as any other.
