Rare Hare

It's pretty remarkable how an idea on a tour bus can go from a packed gathering of friends at Douglas Corner in Nashville, TN on a Monday night in 2016 to becoming one of the most anticipated and celebrated "jam" style shows Nashville hosts three times a year (four if you count the cruise ship shows on board the Monsters Of Rock Cruise).   Tyson Leslie started Rare Hare in 2015 and was initially supposed to be a band. But after performing in Tom Hurst's Loud Jamz series, an idea came to mind about making Rare Hare more of a 'jam' than a band.   In January of 2016, the first show happened at Douglas Corner and featured Eric Brittingham of Cinderella, Paul Taylor of Winger, and Anthony Corder of Tora Tora.   The second show was hosted at The Basement East and featured a performance by the band Faster Pussycat.   Fast forward to 2021.   We're 12 shows in, and counting!   Rare Hare has now featured some of hard rock and heavy metal's most legendary musicians.   Some of the most notable are:   Bandon Cook - Black N' Blue Bill Leverty - Firehouse Billy Freeman - Dustin Lynch Billy Sheehan - Mr. Big/Talas/Winery Dogs/Sons Of Apollo Bob Capka - Black N' Blue Bob Marinelli - Beth Hart Bulletboys Casi Joy - The Voice Chuck Garric - Alice Cooper Curtis Anderson - Rock Gods Daniel Dekay - Exciter/Diemonds Darin Elwell - Laaz Rockit Dave Marshall - Vince Neil Dave Matthews - Saving Abel David Ellefson - Megadeth Donovan White - Vertical Horizon Dylana Nova Scott - Vain Eric Brittingham - Cinderella/Bret Michaels Band Greg Upchurch - Puddle Of Mudd/3 Doors Down Hugh McDonald - Bon Jovi Jack Gibson and the entire band - Exodus Jamison Land - Gwar Jasmine Cain Jason Bieler - Saigon Kick Jason Duggins - Montgomery Gentry Jenna Syde - Paradise Kitty Jeremy Asbrock - Ace Frehley/Gene Simmons Jimi Bell - House Of Lords/Autograph  Jimmy Chalfant - Kix Johnny Dee - Britny Fox/Doro  Josh Paul - Daughtry Justin Michael Ward - Lee Greenwood Kris Vox - Hairball Mark Oakley, Dann Huff - Giant Marty O'Brien - Lita Ford Matt Billingslea, Amos Heller, Al Wilson - Taylor Swift Michael Vescera - Yngwie Malmsteen/Loudness Nick Douglas - Doro Nico Santora - Suicidal Tendencies Perry Richardson - Firehouse/Stryper Pete Parada - the Offspring Peter Baltes, Christopher Williams, Martin Motnik, Philip Shouse - Accept Priya Panda - Diemonds Randy Rand - Autograph Rich Redmond - Jason Aldean Riki Rachtman - Headbangers Ball Ron Keel - Keel Roxy Petrucci, Britt Lightning - Vixen Ryan Madora - Robben Ford/Bobby Bones & The Raging Idiots Sandy Gennaro - Cyndi Lauper/Joan Jett/The Monkees Sarah Tomek - Steven Tyler & The Loving Mary Steve Lynch - Autograph Todd LaTorre - Queenryche Tom Hurst - Tracy Lawrence Tom Yankton - Rascal Flatts Tory Stoffregen, Dan Hill - Enuff Z' Nuff Troy Luccketta - Tesla Tyler Charelli, Sean Fuller, Dan Weller - Florida Georgia Line Tyler Warren - Queen + Adam Lambert Xristian Simon, Ace Von Johnson and the whole band - Faster Pussycat ZP Theart, Rachel Bolan, Rob Hammersmith - Skid Row   This list could go on and on and on... but you get the idea.   Now Rare Hare is featured on board the Monsters Of Rock Cruise every year and was also featured on the Megadeth cruise in 2019.    The sky's the limit as to where this could go, and you never know who might show up!   See you at the next show!
