Lottie Moore
Let Lottie's melodies wash over you – they'll weave stories and haunt your soul long after the music ends.
Hailing from Chapman, Alabama, Lottie started her musical journey in Nashville in 2012. With two albums and three singles released since then, she now offers her first body of work since 2021. Lottie's creative process shines in this album's piano-centered compositions and captures the image of that bittersweet yearning of a young girl seated at a piano. With her return to these roots, this release promises to be her most personal and powerful.
The opening line of the first track on the EP, “Can’t Run,” instantly sets the tone for the entire project. Her admission, “I can no longer run from myself anymore,” reveals a journey of raw honesty. This unflinching vulnerability carries throughout her aptly titled release, "If I'm Being Honest."
Featuring six new songs, Lottie collaborated with producer Jared Corder at his Polychrome Ranch studio in Hartsville, TN, to bring this deeply personal project to life. These songs encapsulate the ache of shared human experience, and Lottie's voice possesses a soulful, smoky quality that lends her lyrics an added depth of sincerity. Her sound evokes a sense of intimacy, as though she's confiding her most guarded truths directly to the listener. And because of this, you can’t help but lean in to hear what she has to say.
